Joanna王若琳以她復古魅惑的嗓音，和充滿畫面感、風格多變的創作為人稱道，她不只是氣質爵士女伶，骨子裡更是個搞怪美人，在2020年曾獲"最佳國語專輯"《愛的呼喚》系列MV中，Joanna超ㄎㄧㄤ超放得開的演出，讓經典名曲也充滿她個人獨特的JO式幽默！這一次，Joanna也以大膽前衛的音樂風格嘗試改編80年代瑪丹娜的經典歌曲「Material Girl」，並力邀同樣很酷的潮流女聲9m88一同組成兩人女團，玩興大開！

收到Joanna的合作邀約著實讓"資深JO粉"9m88非常興奮！兩個人剛開始來來回回互相丟了很多idea，最後選定瑪丹娜這首「Material Girl」的原因是「它可以改編成很多種不同的可能！」Joanna對音樂製作的細節要求非常嚴格，讓88在合作過程中非常的安心和享受，最後定調的曲風在編曲中加入了大量8-bits元素，卡通式的電動感「給人飛天小女警的感覺！」，Joanna更找來南韓編曲製作人Coach & Sendo一同參與電子鼓組的錄製，天王天后的御用舞蹈老師Andy更特別編了一段"拜金舞"，對首次嘗試跳舞的Joanna是一大挑戰，呈現出完全不同風格的"物質女孩"。

這次歌曲的視覺呈現是多樣的風格混搭，造型上先以厭世打工仔的旗袍加圍裙跳tone登場，成為暴發戶的物質女孩也直接穿起洛可可蘿莉的大澎澎裙，兩個人直接在MV現場上演荒謬時尚秀，讓一直很想嘗試這種打扮的Joanna非常興奮！新銳美少女導演林毛更是在MV中暗藏許多致敬經典的彩蛋，中西合璧、二次元動漫、復古時尚的元素尬出另種新意，整首歌曲氛圍歡樂動感又可可愛愛！
